  1. Power on your device.
  2. Next go to Home screen, and then press Menu key.
  3. Go to Privacy & Factory data reset &; Reset & Erase everything.
  4. Now restart your phone.

  2. Hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button, or press Volume down + Home button + Power button.
  3. Now please wait a minute, becase after that you will see menu with this options: "Fastbook", "Recovery", "Clear Flash", and "Simlock".
  4. Press Volume Down to select option Clear Flash .
  5. After that press and release again the Power button.
  6. Then your phone will restarts.
  7. Afterwards you will see 2 options & press Volume Up to confirm operation.
  8. Next your handset will reset to defaults settings, and reboots.

  2. Now hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button.
  3. Then you will see menu with 4 options.
  4. Choose "Recovery" and confirm with Power button.
  5. From the next menu named Recovery Mode menu, select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
  6. Next accept option "Yes -- delete all user data".
  7. After that press Power button, to enter option "reboot system now".
  8. Done!

  6. Then accept this: "Yes -- delete all user data" with holding for few seconds Menu key + Back key.
  7. After that confirm option "reboot".

  1. At first, power on the cell phone by pressing the Power button for a short while.
