1st method:

  1. Power on your device.
  2. Next go to Home screen, and then press Menu key.
  3. Go to Privacy & Factory data reset &; Reset & Erase everything.
  4. Now restart your phone.
  5. Done!

2nd method:

  1. Switch off your cell phone.
  2. Hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button, or press Volume down + Home button + Power button.
  3. Now please wait a minute, becase after that you will see menu with this options: "Fastbook", "Recovery", "Clear Flash", and "Simlock".
  4. Press Volume Down to select option Clear Flash .
  5. After that press and release again the Power button.
  6. Then your phone will restarts.
  7. Afterwards you will see 2 options & press Volume Up to confirm operation.
  8. Next your handset will reset to defaults settings, and reboots.

3rd method:

  1. Turn off your cell phone.
  2. Now hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button.
  3. Then you will see menu with 4 options.
  4. Choose "Recovery" and confirm with Power button.
  5. From the next menu named Recovery Mode menu, select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
  6. Next accept option "Yes -- delete all user data".
  7. After that press Power button, to enter option "reboot system now".
  8. Done!

4th method:

  1. Switch off your phone.
  2. Next hold and press Volume Down + Home button + Menu button + Power button together.
  3. After that you will see menu of Recovery Mode.
  4. From this menu choose option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons, and confirm with Power button.
  5. Now select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and accept it.
  6. Afterwards choose "reboot system now".
  7. Good job!

5th method:

  1. Press Power button, until your phone is off.
  2. Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button until you see menu with 2 options.
  3. From this menu choose option Recovery Mode.
    * Press Volume Up to enter this mode.
  4. If you see Android logo on your screen, then press Power button.
  5. Navigate to option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Menu key + Back key to confirm.
  6. Then accept this: "Yes -- delete all user data" with holding for few seconds Menu key + Back key.
  7. After that confirm option "reboot".
  8. That's all.

6th method:

  1. At first, power on the cell phone by pressing the Power button for a short while.
  2. Go the Menu and select Settings.
  3. Then choose Backup & Reset (Privacy) and tap Factory data reset.
  4. On the next step choose Reset device.
  5. Select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
  6. Congratulations! You have just performed a hard reset operation!

7th method:

  1. Power off your device.
  2. Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button for about 20-30 seconds.
  3. Then you will see Fastboot mode.
  4. Now please Download Android Tool and Drivers
  5. Afterwards install downloaded drivers manually.
  6. After that open tool and press 8 and hit Enter key to "wipe data/factory reset".
  7. In the end your handset will reset and restart.
  8. Done!
