Hard Reset MICROMAX X287

First method:

1. Make sure, that your phone is off.
   
2. Then please press and hold Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Release holded buttons until you see Reset menu.
4. Now select factory reset option using Volume buttons to navigate, and press and hold Volume Up to accept options.
5. Next select "yes" by pressing Volume Up.
   
6. Good job!

Second method:

1. Switch on your cell phone.
   
2. Now browse to Menu -> Settings -> Restore factory settings.
3. Enter the phone password.
   * The default password is 0000.
4. Next you will see that your phone reboots.
5. Done!
