So if your iPhone 5s power button is not working to repair it you just need to replace it with a new one. If the prints of the button are damaged then you are going to have to make the jumpers as shown in the diagram.
First of all check the phone if anything else is not causing this problem. If your phone is off and you can’t check the button plug the charger in and see if the phone is charging, if it isn’t turning and it isn’t charging too then probably the problem is with your phone’s software and you need to flash it. If the phone is on or charging but the power button is not working make the jumpers as shown in the diagram below.

Sometimes even if the power switch is not not visually damaged, see to it that it still working by using a
multi meter
2. For lifted button switch solder terminal pads on the PCB board, manage to re-establish the switch to its original position and bond it perfectly so that it won’t easily break. Then manage to reconnect the power switch line paths and the ground connection.
