For several models (f.e. Sigmatel-S4, Sigmatel-S90) it is possible to remove "Flight mode" via keyboard:
1. remove sim-card
2. power-on phone
3. type *#3646633# and you will see Engineering menu
4. go to menu 5 Misc
5. go to menu 6 Assert testing
6. select "Dual mode"
exit Engineering menu
