Hard Reset ASUS 370T eee Pad Memo
First method:
- The first thing which you should do is to download the “cleardata.zip”. You can get it from support.asus.com (e.g. Asus clear zip )
- In the next step unzip this file to your MicroSD card.
- Aftert that, switch the device off press the Power button for a short while.
- Insert the memory card to your device.
- Then hold down the Power Button for a couple of seconds.
- Select Clear User Data by using the Volume buttons to navigate and Power key to select.
- When “Please remove installation media!” inforamtion appears on the screen remove the microSD card from your device.
- Success! The hard reset has just been performed.
Second method:
- If the display is off, press the Power button to turn it back on.
- From the Main Screen choose Settings.
- After that select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
- Choose Reset tablet.
- Select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
- Great job!
Third method:
- In order to turn on the tablet hold down the Power key for a short while.
- Afterwards press and hold Volume Up + Power at the same time for a couple of seconds.
- Release held keys when an Android Icon appears on the screen.
- In order to enter the Recovery Mode press and hold the Volume Up for a couple of seconds.
- While still holding this key tap and release the Power key (if it's necessary repeat this operation a few times).
- Press Volume Down to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
- Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume buttons to scroll and Power key to select.
- To restart the tablet, select "reboot system now".
- Success! The hard reset has just been performed.
