#Option 1: Hard Reset of YU Yunique (YU4711) By Using Software Menu Settings:

1. Make sure that battery is not empty
2. Make sure to backup all important data because factory resetting erases all of your data
3. Go to Settings > Backup & reset > Factory data reset
4. Now hit on Reset Phone and then confirm by Erase Everything.
5. The Yunique will reboot and make it to factory default.

1. Turn off YU Yunique.
