Hard Reset KARBONN A12

First method:

1. Press Power button, until your phone is on.
   
2. Now press and hold together Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Then you will see green screen (don't release Volume Up key).
4. When you see red screen (maybe after 10 seconds), release Volume Up button.
   
5. Next you should see Recovery options.
6. From the menu choose "wipe data with factory reset" and press Power button for 2 seconds.
   
7. After that select "yes", and accept this with pressing Power button for 2 seconds.
8. Choose options "reboot".
9. Done!

Second method:

1. Turn on your cell phone.
   
2. From the Home screen select Menu.
3. Then tap Settings -> Back up and reset -> Reset device -> Delete all.
4. Confirm all informations, and wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
5. Success!
