Hard Reset LAVA Iris 465

First method:

1. Power off the mobile phone.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Home + Power button.
3. You can release held keys when you see a change on your screen.
4. Now hold down the Power key for a while.
5. You should see a Recovery mode in front of you.
6. Afterwards select Wipe data/factory reset with Volume Down and then press the Power key to confirm.
7. Select option "Yes -- Delete all user data" and press Power button to confirm this.
8. When the Recovery Mode appears again choose option "reboot system now" with Power rocker.
9. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. If the device is off press the Power key to turn it back on.
2. Find and select Settings and then go to Backup & Reset.
3. Afterwards choose Factory Data Reset and tap Reset Phone.
4. To confirm the whole operation select Erase Everything.
5. Well done!
