First method:

3. Now wait until your phone will reboots.
4. Finito!

Second method:

1. Switch on your phone.
   
2. Next goto Phone Settings -> Restore Settings.
3. Enter your lock code, and then select OK, or press the left soft key.
   * The default lock code is: 1122.
