Hard Reset MICROMAX A56

First method:

1. Make sure, that your device is on.
2. Then navigate to Menu -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset -> Erase everything.
3. Now please restart your phone.

Second method:

1. Switch off your handset.
   
2. Next hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button.
   
3. Afterwards please wait until you see menu with 4 options.
4. Use Volume Down button to select option "Clear Storage".
   
5. Then press Power button, and wait until your device will restart.
   
6. After that you will see 2 options.
7. Press Volume Up to accept "Yes", and wait until your phone will reboot to original data.
   

Third method:

1. Turn off your cell phone.
   
2. Now hold and press Volume Down, then press and release Power button.
   
3. Then you will see menu with 4 options.
4. Choose "Recovery" and confirm with Power button.
   
5. From the next menu named Recovery Mode menu, select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
6. Next accept option "Yes -- delete all user data".
7. After that press Power button, to enter option "reboot system now".
8. Done!
