Hard Reset LAVA Iris 349

1. Switch off your device.
   
2. Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button for about 10 seconds.
   
3. Then you will see menu of Recovery Mode.
4. Now from this menu choose option "wpie data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll option, and Power button to confirm your decision.
   
5. When wipe data complete, then select "reboot system now".
6. Process completed!
