Hard Reset LAVA Iris 504Q

First method:

1. Power off the device.
2. Then press and hold Volume Up + Power button.
3. Release held keys when you see an Android Image on the screen.
4. Now press the Power key to enter the Recovery Mode.
5. Afterwards select Wipe data/factory reset with Volume Down button and then press Power button to confirm.
6. Select option "Yes -- Delete all user data" and press Power button to confirm this.
7. After this choose option "reboot system now" with Power rocker.
8. Success!

Second method:

1. Press the Power button, until your device is on.
2. Then from the home screen open Menu and choose Settings.
3. After that select Backup&Reset and tap Factory data reset.
4. Choose Reset phone and select Erase everything to begin hard reset operation.
5. Good job! The hard reset has just been performed.
