Hard Reset MICROMAX A77 Canvas Juice

First method:

1. Make sure, that your phone is off.
   
2. Then please hold and press Volume Up + Power button.
   
3. Now you will see menu of Recovery mode.
   * If you see warning "No command", then press Power button or Volume Up or Down.
4. From this menu choose option "wipe data / factory reset".
5. Next select "Yes -- delete all user data" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
6. After that accept option "reboot system now" with Power button.
7. Good job!

Second method:

1. Check that your cell phone is on.
   
2. Then goto Home screen, and press Menu key.
   
3. Now select Privacy -> Factory data reset.
4. Afterwards read information in your screen, and press Reset.
5. Select Erase everything, and wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
6. Done!
