- Power on your device.
- Next go to Home screen, and then press Menu key.
- Go to Privacy & Factory data reset &; Reset & Erase everything.
- Now restart your phone.

- From the next menu named Recovery Mode menu, select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to confirm.
- Next accept option "Yes -- delete all user data".
- After that press Power button, to enter option "reboot system now".
- Done!
- Switch off your phone.
- Next hold and press Volume Down + Home button + Menu button + Power button together.
- After that you will see menu of Recovery Mode.
- From this menu choose option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons, and confirm with Power button.
- Now select option "Yes -- delete all user data", and accept it.
- Afterwards choose "reboot system now".
- Good job!
- Press Power button, until your phone is off.
- Next hold and press Volume Up + Volume Down + Power button until you see menu with 2 options.
- From
this menu choose option Recovery Mode.
* Press Volume Up to enter this mode. - If you see Android logo on your screen, then press Power button.
- Navigate to option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Menu key + Back key to confirm.
- Then accept this: "Yes -- delete all user data" with holding for few seconds Menu key + Back key.
- After that confirm option "reboot".
- That's all.
- At first, power on the cell phone by pressing the Power button for a short while.
- Go the Menu and select Settings.
- Then choose Backup & Reset (Privacy) and tap Factory data reset.
- On the next step choose Reset device.
- Select Erase everything to confirm the whole operation.
- Congratulations! You have just performed a hard reset operation!
- Power off your device.
- Next hold and press Volume Down + Power button for about 20-30 seconds.
- Then you will see Fastboot mode.
- Now please Download Android Tool and Drivers
- Afterwards install downloaded drivers manually.
- After that open tool and press 8 and hit Enter key to "wipe data/factory reset".
- In the end your handset will reset and restart.
