Hard Reset MICROMAX X102

First method:

1. Turn off your device.
   
2. Now press and hold Volume Up + Power button until you see Reset menu.
   
3. Choose factory reset option using Volume buttons to scroll, and press and hold Volume Up to select and leave.
4. Then select "yes" by pressing Volume Up.
   
5. Afterwards your phone will reset and reboots.
6. Done!

Second method:

1. Switch on your cell phone.
   
2. Next navigate to Menu -> Settings -> Restore factory settings.
3. Then enter the phone password.
   * The default password is 0000.
4. Now your phone will reset and restarts.
5. Success!
