Hard Reset ACER Allegro 

First method:

1. Start by holding down the Power key to switch the phone off. 
2. Afterwards press and hold together Volume Up + Camera button + Power button 
3. Wait to complete the operation.
4. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.

Second method:

1. If the display is off, press the Power key to turn it back on.
2. Then find and select Settings.
3. Afterwards choose About.
4. To confirm the whole operation tap Reset your phone.
5. Well done!
