Hard Reset ACER Liquid Jade

First method:

1. Switch off your phone.
2. Then press and hold Power and Volume Up button together until the device show menu at LCD.
3. Now use Volume Up to scroll and Volume Down button to select option "Recovery" and confirm this using Power button.
4. Afterwards from the Recovery Mode menu choose "Wipe data/factory reset", using Volume buttons.
5. Then accept whole operation selecting option "reboot system now".
6. Success!

Second method:

1. First, open Settings from the Acer menu.
2. Then find Backup & reset and select it.
3. Next select Factory data reset and choose Reset phone.
4. Confirm the whole operation by tapping Erase everything.
5. Well done!
