Hard Reset ACER Liquid Z4

First method:

1. Turn off the phone.
2. Next press and hold Power button until you feel vibrates.
3. Then release Power button and press and hold Volume Up + Volume Down for few seconds.
4. Press Camera button to confirm operation "Clean Boot".
5. Now your phone will restore to the factory default.

Second method:

1. Power off your cell phone.
2. Then hold and press Volume Down + Power button until the phone vibrate once.
3. Next release Volume Down, and press Volume Up until you see menu.
4. Afterwards use Volume Up to browse to option "recovery", and select it with Volume Down.
5. From the Recovery menu choose option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Menu key to select.
6. Now select option "Yes -- delete all data".
7. After that accept option "reboot system now".
8. Well done!
