1. First of all switch the device off by pressing the Power key for a short while.
2. Then find the Hard Reset Switch which should be on the bottom of your phone.
3. Then by using the tip of stylus toggle the Hard Reset Switch to the left and back to the right.
4. Well done! The hard reset has just been performed.
