First method:

1. At the beginning turn on the device by pressing the Power button.
2. Afterwards tap Start and go to Settings.
3. Select System Tab and choose Default Settings.
4. To begin the hard reset process enter the confirmation code: 1234.
5. Choose OK if you are sure you want to clear all your data. 
6. Good job! The hard reset operation is done.

Second method:

1. Firstly, switch off the device.
2. Hold down the Upper Navigation button and the Reset key at the same time for a couple of seconds.
3. Confirm the operation by pressing the Call button.
4. Success! The hard reset has just been performed.
