First method:

1. Power on the phone.
   
2. Next from the Home screen tap Menu -> Settings -> Privacy -> Factory data reset -> Reset phone.
3. After that your phone will reset and reboots.
4. Finish

Second method:

1. Switch off the device.
   
2. Then hold and press Volume Down + Power button.
   
3. When you see menu on your screen, then release holded buttons.
4. Now select option "Clear Storage" using Volume buttons to scroll, and Power button to select.
5. Finish
