Recover from Bootloop issues:

Install Drivers

HTC SYNC Driver

Procedure:

Unlock yur bootloader(Bootloader unlocking & recovery flashing Guide here)

Download Twrp Recovery here

Custom rom Download here

Gapps Download here

S-off kit Download

* Connect yur mob in fastboot mode

* Flash Twrp recovery (rename the twrp recovery file as
recovery nd run below given cmmd to flash fastboot
flash recovery recovery.img

* Copy the rom nd gapps to sd card nd flash via recovery

* Before flash rom Do a FULL WIPE first. Full Wipe means format
/system, /data, /cache

* After flash rom dnt boot power off nd agin put into fastboot mode

* Extract boot img from rom nd flash via fastboot Commd : fastboot flash boot boot.img

* After flash reboot yur mob yur mob should wrork but
installed rom not stable hav to flash stock

* Enable usb debugging

* Extract rumrunner s-off kit

* Run soju.exe type Yes and Yes wait 4-8mins to finish

* If al goes fine yu wil get s-off

* After s-off flash any official stock ruu from below
