Hard Reset FLY IQ457 Universe 5.7

First method:

1. In order to switch off the phone, hold down the Power button for a short while.
2. Press and hold the Volume Up button for about 3 seconds.
3. While holding Volume Up press the Power button for a short while. 
4. You can release held keys when you see an Andoid image on the phone's screen.
5. Afterwards press the Power button to enter Recovery Mode. 
6. Use Volume keys to highlight "wipe data/factory reset", and then push the Power button to confirm.
7. Select "Yes--delete all user data". Use Volume Down button to scroll and Power key to select.
8. To restart the phone, select "reboot system now".
9. Success! The hard reset is done!

Second method:

1. Turn on the phone by using the Power button. 
2. Go to Settings and then to Backup & Reset.
3. Tap Factory data reset choose Reset phone.
4. Afterwards select Erase everything to begin the hard reset operation.
5. Well done!
