First method:

1. First, turn off the phone by using the Power button.
2. Then press the Power Button once.
3. Press and hold the Volume Down button until you see the exclamation point on your screen.
4. You can now release all keys.
5. Press the following sequence of buttons: Volume Up - > Volume Down-> Power - > Volume Down.
6. Success! The hard rest has just been performed.

Second method:

1. Make sure that your phone is switched on.
2. From Main Menu find and select Windows Phone Settings.
3. After that tap  About.
4. To confirm the whole operation tap Reset your phone.
5. Well done!
