Hard Reset ZEN P8i

First method:

1. Power off your phone.
   
2. Now hold and press Volume Up + Power key, until you see Android logo.
   
3. To see Recovery mode press Home key.
   
4. When you are in Recovery mode, then select option "wipe data/factory reset" using Volume keys to scroll, and Menu key to confirm.
5. Then accept option "wipe data/factory reset".
6. Next select "reboot system now" using Menu key.
   
7. Good job!

Second method:

1. Switch off your device.
   
2. Then from the Home screen select Menu.
3. Afterwards navigate to Settings -> Back up and reset -> Reset device -> Delete all.
4. Now wait until your phone will reset and reboots.
5. Done!
